Viking Yacht Manufacturing Plant Tour
for NJCEA Members
Viking Yachts Manufacturing Plant Tour for NJCEA members took place on August 6, 2024, the second of two tours. Work Based Learning Coordinators viewed numerous CTE skilled trades positions that are associated with Work Based Learning, Youth Apprenticeship, and Apprenticeship offered at local vocational and high schools. Dozens of other positions included CNC operators, CNC programmers, design engineers, fiberglass installers, boat riggers, facilities support staff, quality control personnel, and a medical unit with a therapy dog.
